Also this year, schools closed for 2 weeks in the Easter period. During this time, Malita went back home to Nkhata Bay. Unfortunately, also this time, her mum did not take proper care of her and actually shared with the rest of the family the food destined for Malita. Moreover, she did not take her medicines on time and the situation worsened even further when the mum left unexpectedly to Lilongwe leaving all her 3 daughters behind.
Luckily Gresham took Malita to his place and shared with her whatever he had available. Malita found her usual smile back and started taking the medicines again. Malita also made friends with Gresham's daughter and developed some kind of communication with Gresham himself.
She likes dancing whenever there is music around and could help with some chores in the house.
Last monday she happily went back to school, where she was glad to meet all her school mates again.
Come tutti gli anni, durante il periodo Pasquale, le scuole sono rimaste chiuse per 2 settimane. In questo periodo, Malita è tornata a casa a Nkhata Bay. Fortunatamente Gresham si è fatto carico di Malita ospitandola a casa sua e dividendo con lei quanto disponibile. Malita ha ritrovato il sorriso e ha ricominciato a prendere le medicine con regolarità. Inoltre ha fatto amicizia con la figlia di Gresham e ha anche sviluppato un qualche metodo di comunicazione con lui.
Malita inizia a ballare ogni volta che c'è della musica e si è rivelata brava anche ad aiutare con le faccende domestiche.
Lo scorso lunedì è felicemente tornata a scuola dove si è dimostrata molto contenta di ritrovare tutti i suoi amici.
