A few days ago Frighton and Clement went to talk with Gift's grandma and asked her whether she agreed to send Gift to the Wukani Education Facility in Mzuzu. She was extremely glad about the idea and accepted immediately. Clement and Frighton will coordinate the activities with the school and with his grandma to make sure that Gift feels at home in his new environment. According to them, only out of his current house he will make some chances in life and actually survive.
As of the coming 11th April Gift will go to the new school in a nursery class, so that he can get used to the language (english) and to the new enviroment.
We hope this will be a positive change in the so far very unlucky life of this boy. A special thanks to the ladies of IWCU for making this possible!
Qualche giorno fa, Frighton e Clement sono andati a trovare la nonna di Gift per chiederle il permesso di iscrivere Gift alla Wukani Education Facility a Mzuzu. La nonna si è dimostrata molto felice dell'idea e ha accettato immediatamente. Clement e Frighton lavoreranno insieme per far si che Gift si inserisca bene all'interno della scuola e non si senta ulteriormente abbandonato. Dal prossimo 11 aprile sarà iscritto all'asilo che frequenterà per abituarsi alla lingua (inglese) e alla sua nuova realtà.
Secondo Clement e Frighton questa è una possibilità unica per Gift che altrimenti non avrebbe alcuna speranza di sopravvivere. Speriamo sia veramente un cambiamento positivo nella vita già molto infelice di questo bimbo. Un ringraziamento speciale per le donne di IWCU che hanno reso possibile tutto ciò.
