However a few days ago we got a copy of the letters Joyce, Ramos and Witness wrote to us last november. We were really impressed by the ability of Joyce to convey her feelings about her new life in Wukani, despite the many grammar mistakes. The letters of Witness and Ramos are also really nice, but bit less communicative.
When reading these letters please keep in mind that for Malawians it is basically impossible to distinguish the 'L' from the 'R'.

Comunque qualche giorno fa ci é arrivata una copia delle lettere che Joyce, Ramos e Witness ci hanno scritto lo scorso novembre. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da quella di Joyce che, nonostante i molti errori grammaticali, é riuscita a comunicare completamente le sue sensazioni sulla sua nuova vita a Wukani. Anche le lettere di Witness e Ramos sono molto carine, ma decisamente meno comunicative.
Nel leggere queste lettere tenete a mente che per i malawiani é decisamente difficile distinguere la 'L' dalla 'R'.
