As usual Mrs Mwasangwale is taking care of the youngest ones at the shelter. After attending a short teaching training during the month of december, she realized it will be more effective if she separates the children according to their abilities and not only according to their age.
This allows everyone to proceed at his/her own speed and makes the classes more pleasant and efficient.
Come sempre Mrs Mwasangwale si prende cura dei bimbi più piccoli allo shelter. Dopo aver frequentato un breve corso sull' insegnamento nel mese di dicembre, Mrs Mwasangwale ha realizzato che è più efficiente dividere i bimbi secondo le loro abilità e non unicamente secondo la loro età.
In questo modo ognuno ha la possibilità di imparare seguendo i propri ritmi e le lezioni diventano più piacevoli ed efficienti.
