As you know without the continuous help of Gresham who is coordinating the activities from Malawi, Marajowi would not be what it is today.
He is helping in the communication with the families. making sure the kids are not missing anything at school by visiting them regularly, checking on their health and last but not least he is trying to keep the shelter up and running. Up to now he did this on completely volunteer basis, but he has no source of income. So, considering the good work done so far, not to lose him and to ensure him better conditions of life, we decided to grant him a monthly allowance of 30.000 Kwa.
Come sapete senza il continuo aiuto di Gresham che coordina dal Malawi tutte le attivitá di Marajowi, non sarebbe stato possibile fare quello che abbiamo fatto fino ad ora.
Gresham ci aiuta con la comunicazione con le famiglie, si assicura che i bambini abbiano tutto il necessario per la scuola, andandoli a trovare regolarmente e facendo attenzione anche alla loro salute e cerca anche di far continuare a funzionare lo shelter in modo appropriato. Fino ad ora ha fatto tutto ció come attivitá di puro volontariato, ma non ha alcuna fonte di guadagno né lavoro. Tutto considerato, abbiamo deciso di dargli 30.000 Kwa al mese, in modo da assicurargli delle condizioni di vita migliori e anche per non perderlo.
