Recently the children at the shelter were really surprised to hear that while in The Netherlands it is cold and rainy, they are complaining about the hot weather. So we sent them some world climate maps and Gresham explained them in the class.
However he did not have enough money to print the material out and so he improvised a lesson using his laptop. Even though the screen was small the children were very enthusiastic!
Qualche giorno fa, i bambini dello shelter si sono molto stupiti di sentire che mentre qui in Olanda è freddo e piovoso, loro si lamentano del caldo. Così abbiamo mandato a Gresham delle cartine metereologiche delle varie parti del mondo per fare una lezione di geografia.
Purtroppo Gresham non aveva abbastanza soldi per stampare il materiale ricevuto e così ha improvvisato una lezione con il suo computer portatile. Anche se lo schermo è piccolo, i bambini hanno apprezzato molto l' iniziativa!
