Benjamin
Benjamin is 10, he is in standard 6 and his
parents divorced when he was a baby. Since then he has not seen his father
anymore, despite the fact that they don’t live so far from each other. Benjamin
lives with his mother and 3 more siblings close to the Saint Maria Goretti
school and only a few months ago there was a tragedy in his family: his
youngest sister passed away because of epilepsy. His mother doesn’t work and
only depends on seasonal occupations. Despite this she has to take care of her
3 children and her ill and old father. Benjamin in general is in good health
but every now and again has abdominal pains.

Dopo il divorzio non ha più visto il padre, nonostante il fatto che questo non vive molto lontano da lui. Benjamin vive ora con sua madre e 3 fratelli e recentemente la sua famiglia ha vissuto una tragedia, poichè la figlia più piccola è morta di epilessia. La mamma di Benjamin deve occuparsi dei suoi 3 figli e anche di suo padre vecchio e malato. Purtroppo però non lavora e deve contare solamente su piccoli lavori stagionali. Benjamin in generale gode di buona salute, anche se di tanto in tanto lamenta dolori addominali.
